Shipping and Returns Policy for Accents by AM De Decor

Welcome to Accents by AM De Decor! We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience for all your home decor needs. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and returns.
Where We Ship:
- We ship anywhere within India.
- We also offer international shipping to over 150 countries with various shipping options.
Shipping Carrier:
- Most India orders are shipped via Delhivery, although suppliers shipping directly may utilize other methods.
- International orders are shipped via FEDEX. For more details, please refer to our International Shipping FAQs.
- Your order's tracking details and carrier information will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping Rates:
- INDIA: We offer free shipping all over India.*
- INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs vary based on the item, delivery method, and location. The final shipping cost will be displayed on the Payment Page after you enter your shipping address.
- For cost-effective international shipping options, please contact our Concierge.
Shipping Time:
- Shipping times vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipped directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. You can find the expected shipping date under the DETAILS section on the product page.
- You will receive a tracking number with delivery details when your order ships.
- Items in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Made-to-order or customized items may take longer to produce and ship (typically between 4 to 8 weeks).
- Our customer care team can provide further information on your order status upon request.
Taxes and Custom Duties:
For Indian Customers:
- Product prices displayed include all taxes and duties.
For International Orders:
- International Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices displayed exclude import duties.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes in your country.
- Payment of these fees upon delivery is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact us at info@accents.co.in.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on packing requirements, size, weight, and destination.
Additional Shipping Fees:
- In certain cases, additional shipping and handling fees may apply if the product is exceptionally voluminous, heavy, or requires special transportation care.
Estimates on Transportation Costs:
- If you need a transportation quote, please provide your Address and Zipcode to our team via email at info@accents.co.in
- We aim to provide you with an estimate within 2-3 working days.
Insurance:
- We insure each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you.
- A signature is required for all deliveries, transferring responsibility for your purchased goods to you.
- If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., as a gift), their signature serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Accents by AM De Decor.
Important Information:
- Order cut-off times are guidelines and do not consider possible delays due to payment authorization.
- Estimated delivery times are a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
- Once items are dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Returns:
- We accept returns only in the case of damages in-transit or manufacturing defects.
- Items are returnable if they are unused, in their original state, and in the original packaging.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
- Custom-made or commissioned items cannot be returned.
- Products must be returned within two weeks from the date of delivery.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Please contact us at info@accents.co.in, stating the reason for your return and your order number.
- All return shipping costs must be borne by the purchaser (unless the order received is defective).
- If an order is canceled after shipment, the vendor's individual return policy applies, and a return fee may be charged by vendors in most cases.
Incorrect/Damaged/Defective Items:
- Please email us with your order number and details, along with a photo of the damage if possible, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- We are happy to replace or refund any defective items.
Returning a Gift:
- If a gift item doesn't work for you, please email us at info@accents.co.in for assistance in returning it.
- Store credit is not provided for returned gift items, but we can process a gift exchange for another item.
Refunds:
Refund Processing:
- We will process refunds and/or provide credits after receiving the returned goods in new condition and the original packaging.
- Your order total will be refunded, minus shipping and handling costs, within 15 working days after receiving and checking the returned goods.

Important Information:
- Products purchased under promotional offers or discounted schemes cannot be exchanged.
- No cash returns are provided.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only once for a purchase of equal or higher value.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or after 24 hours of placing the order.
We may modify the terms and conditions of our Shipping and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. If you continue to use our services, you agree to accept and abide by the modified terms and conditions.
